What we collect
- Waitlist data: name, work email, company, role, and any optional details you provide.
- Basic analytics (aggregated): pages visited, referrer, device type.
- Operational logs for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- Manage the early-access waitlist and communicate about onboarding.
- Improve the product and measure interest.
- Maintain security and comply with legal obligations.

Processors we use
- Hosting & edge: Vercel
- Database: Supabase (Postgres)
- Email: Microsoft 365 (hello@vectormap.ai) and a transactional sender (e.g., Resend/Postmark) for confirmations
Data location & retention
Data is stored in regions selected with our providers (generally EU/UK or US). Waitlist entries are kept until onboarding decisions are made or you ask us to delete them.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@vectormap.ai. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege keys. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
Cookies
We avoid invasive cookies. If analytics are enabled, they use first-party, non-identifying cookies or none at all.

We’ll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be highlighted.
